Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aila ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Aila is a household management application that provides meal planning, calendar organization, to-do lists, and other family coordination features. The App is provided by LambaLab.

User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Aila
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your household

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App

Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you create in Aila (meals, events, to-do items, journal entries, etc.). We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the service.

Google Calendar Integration

Aila accesses your Google Calendar data with your explicit permission. This access is used solely to display and sync calendar events within the App. You can revoke calendar access at any time through your Google account settings.

Disclaimer

Aila is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. Nutritional information and meal suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional dietary advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LambaLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
